Although we started out making fresh pasta, we have a passion for great food, and that is why we have made a commitment to serving you from only the best ingredients in our kitchen!


We have a light and late breakfast, not opening until late morning. Our breakfast items consist of scones, muffins, and granola as well as coffee and tea to go with them.


Our lunch service is simple but delicious! There will be a few sandwiches to choose from every day, and we will also have one specialty sandwich daily.


We will also have two homemade soups as well as a handful of salads and mix and match pasta bowls to go with them.

Rolling in the Dough - About Us!


Rolling in the Dough Market & Café, or "the Dough Shop" as we call it, is a family owned business on Main Street in Speedway. We got our start making fresh pasta for the Greenwood Farmers Market, and we were blown away by the demand for fresh pasta here in Indianapolis! After seeing success at the farmers market, we decided that it was time to expand. We couldn't be happier with our location in Speedway. It is a perfect fit for us, and we are extremely excited to be a part of the revitalization of Main Street!

Our artisan pasta is made fresh with only the best ingredients! On any given day you can come in and buy any of our several flavors of pasta including:
